Real Salt Lake rolls on and secures a spot in the finals

Well the many cynics posing as fans can now start their plate of crow, as Real Salt Lake prove that they are for real and right now are the hottest team in MLS with a 7 game unbeaten streak.

The reality is that RSL played well enough tonight to secure a spot in the Western Conference finals. Now you all should spend tomorrow cheering for New York but no matter which team we face next, RSL has proven they can play with anyone in this league and the next match should be an exciting one. Once again this match was ugly and the PK given to Chivas was a horrible call, but the players kept their chins up and worked hard and now they get the reward.

I will do a more complete match review tomorrow but for now, enjoy the fact that RSL has moved one and are just two wins away from being the MLS champions.
